Choir Program
The University of West Alabama
awards choral scholarships by audition. Auditions can be scheduled at any time while classes
are in session. Auditions also occur at the
beginning and end of each semester.
Auditions take no longer than 10 to 20
minutes, are very informal, and usually include a simple vocalize, sight
reading in your voice part, and an ear exercise. No prepared selections are
required.
Scholarships range from $100-200 dollars a semester,
per choral ensemble, which are renewable, and from
time to time may increase in value.
